By downloading, installing, or using the Auto Refresh Plus browser extension ("Extension") provided by Auto Refresh Plus ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Extension.
1. License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Extension solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Extension.
- Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Extension.
- Attempt to access or use the Extension in a manner inconsistent with its intended functionality.
3. Intellectual Property
The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Auto Refresh Plus and its licensors. The Extension is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
5. Disclaimer
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Auto Refresh Plus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Extension or these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
